Regardless of the discipline, your horse’s health and safety are of utmost importance to us. At Osceola Veterinary Clinic, our goal is to ensure their continued fitness and comfort so you can continue to do what moves you (and them).

Laser Therapy

We are proud to offer this state-of-the-art treatment to our patients of all sizes! Laser therapy is a painless, non-invasive form of treatment that stimulates the body’s natural healing and pain control response. It can be used as a standalone therapy or as a complement to other treatment methods. Using a small, handheld device, the doctor applies a low-level laser to the area on question, stimulating normal cellular function. This results in faster wound healing and enhanced pain relief. Best of all, because laser therapy requires no medication or surgery, there are no harmful side effects.

Sick Patient Exams

Health Certificates

At Osceola Veterinary Clinic, we offer health certificates required by law. The health certificate states that your large animal was free of infectious disease at the time of the examination. Health Certificates are usually good for 30 days after they are issued.

Postmortem Exams and Testing

The loss of an animal is never easy, but losing one and not knowing the reason can be even more devastating. The loss of livestock or equine to an unknown cause can be a worry if the cause is able to spread through the herd. At Osceola Veterinary Clinic, we offer postmortem exams and testing. We are able to search for the cause of death and determine the danger it may cause to the other members of the herd. Please call us immediately after the passing of your large animal.
